Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your mailbox accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox you want to forward emails from, then select the target email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
